This position requires prior experience in shipping, UPS, FedEx and international shipping via UPS, amongst many other duties. A working knowledge of a computerized inventory system with previous experience in retail or merchandising is a plus. Greenhouse labor position open. Michael is looking for some help in the heart of Hippocrates, the Greenhouse. IT Project Coordinator: Coordiantes all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compile project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identify and analyze system requirements and defines project scope, requirements and deliverables. Manage IT project activities and ensures all project phases are document appropriately. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Hardware maintenance, software maintenance, IT project coordiantion, build relationship with IT providers and manage all campus-wide computer equipment.
